Summary
ScopeVouch is designed to work without an account or developer-operated server. The current app does not send your job content to us and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.
Information you add
You may add business and client details, service addresses, scope notes, evidence photos, charges, taxes, payments, acknowledgements, and generated documents. This content is stored in the app's local container on your device. We cannot view it from the current app.
Camera and photo access
ScopeVouch asks for camera access only when you choose to take a job-site photo. You can also choose specific images through Apple's photo picker. Imported images are copied into app-managed storage for the job record.
Exports and sharing
When you export a backup, CSV, or PDF, or share a document, you choose the destination. After export, that copy is governed by the destination you select and your own handling practices. ScopeVouch does not upload exported files to a developer-operated service.
Data collection and third parties
The current app does not collect data from the device for us or for third-party analytics, advertising, AI, or payment services. Apple and apps or services you deliberately use for system features, sharing, storage, or future App Store transactions may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete them in the app or delete the app. Deleting the app removes its local container. Files you exported remain wherever you saved or shared them. Create a full backup before deleting the app if you want to retain your workspace.
Your choices
You can decline camera access and select existing photos instead. You control exported copies and can delete local records or the app. Because the current app does not create an account or transmit your job content to us, there is no server-side ScopeVouch account or job-content copy for us to retrieve or delete.
Security
The app uses iOS file protection and protected app-managed storage where supported. No storage method can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device, passcode, exported backups, and shared documents.
Children
ScopeVouch is a business utility and is not directed to children.
Changes
We will update this policy before changing data collection or adding a service that receives app data. The effective date above will identify the current published version.
