Using ScopeVouch
ScopeVouch is a field-record and document-preparation tool. You may use it for lawful business purposes and are responsible for the content you enter, the people with whom you share it, and compliance with laws and professional obligations that apply to your work.
Your records and backups
You retain responsibility for your business records. The app is local-first, so you must export backups and keep them somewhere safe. We are not responsible for loss caused by device failure, app deletion, forgotten backups, or loss after you export or share a file.
Estimates, invoices, taxes, and acknowledgements
ScopeVouch performs document calculations from values you provide. It does not supply tax, legal, accounting, construction-code, licensing, or pricing advice. Verify all rates, quantities, taxes, terms, totals, and payment status before relying on or sharing a document. An acknowledgement recorded in the app is an organizational record, not a promise of legal enforceability or identity verification.
Closeout Checks
A Closeout Check applies deterministic rules to the job facts you enter. A finding may identify potentially unbilled or incomplete information, but ScopeVouch does not independently verify the work, client identity, approval, price, evidence, payment, tax treatment, or legal completeness. You are responsible for reviewing every finding and document before use.
Photos and third-party rights
Only capture, import, or share content you have permission to use. You are responsible for privacy, property-access, intellectual-property, and consent requirements at each job site.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Existing owned records should remain readable and exportable within the product's stated compatibility limits, but you should maintain independent backups.
Paid features
Basic local jobs, estimates, invoices, job packets, PDFs, exports, backups, and restore remain available without Pro. ScopeVouch includes one complete Closeout Check. ScopeVouch Pro unlocks Closeout Guard on eligible jobs, recurring checks, and local audit history, and may be offered as monthly or annual auto-renewing access or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling use Apple's App Store systems and the localized terms shown before purchase.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, ScopeVouch is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow all exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.
Apple
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms and Apple's standard licensed application terms unless an approved custom license agreement replaces them.
