FinishDial is an organizational workflow aid, not chemical, occupational-safety, engineering, or professional finishing advice. Always follow the exact coating TDS/SDS, equipment manual, supplier direction, law, and workplace controls.

1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for product compatibility, mixing, pot life, ventilation, PPE, ignition control, disposal, equipment condition, substrate preparation, and every decision to mix or spray. Use representative scrap for experiments. Do not rely on FinishDial to authorize production work or guarantee a finish.

2. Bounded guidance

The App orders checks from facts you enter. It cannot inspect your shop, material, equipment, or physical card. Never enter an invented manufacturer limit. Stop and contact the supplier when documents are unavailable, conditions are unsafe, parts are damaged, or controlled tests exhaust applicable branches.

3. Local data

You are responsible for on-device records and any backup you choose to make. Deleting the App can remove sessions and recipes. FinishDial does not operate a cloud backup in version 1.0.

4. Lifetime purchase

FinishDial may offer a non-consumable lifetime entitlement through Apple's App Store. The localized price is shown by Apple before purchase. A lifetime purchase does not renew and may be restored with the same eligible Apple Account. Access, refunds, and payment processing are subject to Apple's terms.

5. Acceptable use and availability

Use the App lawfully. Do not interfere with it or reverse engineer it except where law permits. Features may change, and the App is provided without a guarantee that every coating, gun, defect, or workflow is covered.

6. Contact and changes

We may update these Terms for product, safety, or legal changes. Use FinishDial Support for questions. These generated terms are general product terms and are not legal advice.
