How can we help?

Motion controls require a physical iPhone or iPad with device-motion sensors. They may be unavailable in the Simulator. Make sure TILT is enabled in the game, hold your device in portrait orientation, then restart the app if the reading does not reset.

Open iOS Settings and verify that you are signed in to Game Center. Check your internet connection, then close and reopen Balance & Chill. You can still play with the LEFT and RIGHT buttons while Game Center is unavailable.

Leaderboard submission requires an authenticated Game Center account and an internet connection. Apple may take a short time to update leaderboard results. Your local personal best remains available on the device.

The local best score is stored on your device. Deleting the app, resetting the device, or clearing app data may remove it. Scores already accepted by Game Center remain subject to Apple's Game Center service.

The current version focuses on haptic and visual feedback. Confirm that system haptics are enabled if impacts are not felt. Haptics may behave differently on unsupported devices.

Tap LEFT or RIGHT to apply counter-torque to the beam. On supported devices, enable TILT and gently rotate the device. Open INFO to tune tilt sensitivity or recenter the neutral position. Small, early corrections are more effective than large movements.

Select DAILY near the top of the game. Every player receives the same deterministic challenge for the current UTC day. Completing at least one Daily round counts that day toward your streak; missed days reset the current streak.

Tap PROGRESS at the bottom of the game. Progress is stored locally on your device. Eligible Game Center achievements are also reported when you are signed in and online.
