Terms of Use

1. The App

Balance & Chill is an entertainment game for iPhone and iPad. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and Apple's usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

2. Gameplay and availability

Scores, streaks, achievements, themes, and other progress may be stored locally and can be lost if the App or device data is deleted. Online features such as Game Center, ads, consent, and purchase validation depend on third-party services and may be delayed, unavailable, changed, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or preservation of any score or ranking.

3. Game Center and fair play

Game Center is optional and governed by Apple's terms. Do not manipulate scores, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or interfere with other players or services. Invalid or abusive leaderboard entries may be handled by Apple or removed where available.

4. Advertising

The free App may show interstitial advertisements between rounds, subject to region and consent choices. Ads do not intentionally interrupt active gameplay. Third-party advertisements and linked services are the responsibility of their providers.

5. In-app purchase

Remove Ads Forever is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. It removes future interstitial ads for the Apple account entitled to the purchase, subject to successful validation. Use Restore Purchases in the App when reinstalling or changing devices. Billing, refunds, family sharing eligibility, and payment disputes are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law.

6. Safety

Use motion controls only when it is safe to hold and tilt your device. Remain aware of your surroundings and stop if gameplay causes discomfort. You are responsible for using the App appropriately and protecting your device.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the App or these Terms to reflect product, service, or legal changes. Updated Terms will show a new effective date. You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, or legal obligations.
